Just 2 kilometres west of the Old Bridge, our unique 3,000 sqm property offering private pool villa accommodation occupies a secluded location along the route to Veal Pouch Waterfall, with stunning 360-degree views of the surrounding farmlands and Dâmrei Mountains.
“Dry season” is generally November to April, and “Green Season” is May to October. Our rice garden is seasonal but ever-green; we conduct bi-annual rice harvest in December and May. This means there are a few weeks twice a year when the ricefield is empty, between harvest and new growth from re-planting. For our dry season crop, the field is manually irrigated.

Set out over a large ricefield, our brand new, fully furnished 84 sqm twin pool villas sleep up to four people each.
The villas offer two bedrooms, one bathroom, a generously equipped kitchen, hotel amenities such as an iron and hair dryer, and a barbeque. Take in the sunset over the mountains from the spacious balcony while you enjoy the evening birdsong.
The Host is based on-site and available to answer questions, make recommendations and act as your Travel Butler. We hope you enjoy our unique guesthouse homestay in Kampot.

Our 3x4m plunge pool is designed to offer the choice of sitting on the steps, floating in our pool hammocks, or leaning on the edge to enjoy the view.
The paved area by the pool allows for barbeques and relaxation.
Balcony
Offering stunning views of the Dâmrei Mountains, take in the sunset from the comfortable outdoor lounge, or share the sunrise with the birds while you move through your favourite yoga flow.
Master Bedroom
The spacious master bedroom offers a king-size bed with quality mattress, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a comfortable workspace with fast WiFi.
The southeastern aspect provides beautiful views of the surrounding fields from both windows. International plug sockets, iron with ironing board, and small speaker are provided.
Wondering about the bars on the windows? Don’t be alarmed, it's common here. This is so you can leave the windows open while sleeping or away from the house, with no concerns and plenty of fresh air - and our villas are elevated to catch the breeze. This is a safe area and friendly community.
Full Kitchen
Watch the rice blowing in the breeze while you cook up a storm in our fully equipped kitchen, with everything you could need to make your favourite dishes.
For your convenience, the kitchen includes appliances such as a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, blender, rice cooker, and microwave. We provide drinking water, tea and coffee, along with all the kitchen essentials.
Don't feel like cooking? You can order food delivery (and groceries) using the Grab app, or head out and explore Kampot's fabulous dining options.
Bathroom
With quality finishes and a hot shower, we provide all basic toiletries and bathroom amenities, including a hair dryer.
A laundry machine (cold water) is also available.
Second Bedroom
The second room provides another King Size bed, perfect for the kids to cozy up in, or you could share the villa with some friends. This room also has a fan and air conditioning with two windows and offers views of the ricefields.
Lounge Area
Curl up and read a book or watch your favourite movie on an iPad - a sunny sitting area is provided for relaxing inside your private pool villa in Kampot.
International Village
Just a short walk away (1.5 km), the nearby area known as “International Village” offers everything you could want, without the need to go into town:
Coffee and book shop, bars, restaurants, swimming pools, yoga centre, mini mart, secret natural swimming hole (quarry), and some lovely countryside walks.
The friendly community is a mixture of Khmers and Expats, who will be happy to host you in The Village.
